One of the newest entrants to Kuwait’s cafe scene, Ode Eatery held its soft opening on the first of October.
The cafe features an aesthetic interior that consists of a playful material palette. The most intriguing part of the design are the ribbed glass panels hiding the kitchen, which inspired us to use our Jellyfish and Lightsaber Suspension. We placed a grid of Jellyfish in the entire space to create a certain rhythm of light. Accordingly, we placed the Lightsaber Suspension in the back of the space which could be hidden/made private by the curtain behind the bar.
